A gentle creative workshop blending art journaling, Zen doodles, and grounding practices to explore grief, reflection, and healing.

Grief can leave us searching for language that does not always exist in words. This workshop offers another path: paper, pattern, colour, breath, and quiet reflection.

Blending art journaling, Zen doodles, and grounding exercises into a gentle creative exploration of grief, memory, and healing. Using layers of colour, collage, texture, ink, and reflective prompts, participants will create pages that honour both what has been carried and what is still unfolding.

No artistic experience is required. Truly.

Participants will be guided through the process of building layered pages while exploring calming grounding practices and mindful creativity. Supplies are included, though bringing favourite pens, papers, stamps, scraps, or small meaningful items is encouraged.

Expect an atmosphere of curiosity, gentleness, play, reflection, tea, and the occasional joyful mess.

Together we will create a supportive and welcoming environment filled with quiet creativity, reflection, experimentation, and moments of unexpected beauty. Sometimes grief arrives like heavy weather. Sometimes it arrives like a blank page. This workshop offers space for both.
